You Need A Lawyer. When i first started to look at getting help with my worsening injuries after 20 years, I didn’t think it would be a problem. O how I was wrong, having leg amputated and another leg crushed, I thought I could get help. After endless re-directions to new case managers, the final straw was when the last case manager told me I should apply to Ontario Disability Benefit. At that point I Knew I needed a Lawyer and I have no regrets. Mr. Fink and his team have the skills needed to navigate the endless quagmire.
